- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Ashfield House looked after my elderly cat for a couple of years and always were competent and good to deal with. Sadly my cat passed away a few days ago and I was in a bit of a mess when I brought him in, knowing it was going to be his last trip. Kate was really kind and sensitive about it when he had to be put down. Thank you for dealing with a difficult situation as well as you could, and for not losing touch with how to treat each individual customer and their pet with compassion and sensitivity.by Murray CashApril 01, 2017
